Writer's Block?
I don't think it exists. I think it's any combination of fear, laziness, fatigue, lack of focus, distraction, or some other thing.
Nevertheless, I'm trying to continue Werbel's story, and the words aren't flowing as smoothly as usual. It's always work — choosing and thinking and focusing — but now it has a flavor of temporarily insurmountable. My guess is that I haven't been exercising much — brain or otherwise.
I'm glad to note that my left ring finger now has a small band of pale skin. I've long wanted my wedding ring to leave such a semi-permanent mark. Unfortunately, I'm rather pale all around, so the mark fades a bit too easily.
I'm probably a lazy whiner. I guess that means I have to go back to Werbel and stop whining. Could somebody call the wambulance for me?
